Terms of Service
Orders & Payment
By placing an order you confirm that the information provided is accurate. Payment is due at the time of order. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors or unavailability, with a full refund issued.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to demand, traffic, or weather. L'Art Culinaire is not liable for delays outside our reasonable control. You will be notified if your order is significantly delayed.
Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement. After preparation has begun, cancellations are at the discretion of the restaurant. Refunds for valid cancellations are processed within 5–10 business days.
Allergens
Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements before ordering. While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that dishes are entirely free from specific allergens.
Reservations
Reservation requests submitted via our contact form are subject to availability and confirmed only upon our written confirmation. We ask that you notify us at least 2 hours in advance if you need to cancel.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
